Payment Policy
- The above prices are for 2025 and may go up yearly.
- Please note we do accept medical aids subjected to funds availability.
- Medical Aid Claims will be paid in accordance to the tariff code and length (time) of the session. Kindly note that cash pricing and cash prices differ due to the medical aid providing the rate at which they pay the practice for the session that was held with the therapist.
- Accounts that are paid in cash needs to be settled in full before a session starts.
- You will be invoiced at a standard rate of R21,66 for individuals and R26,83 for couples/families if the cash consultation exceeds 60 minutes.
- If a medical aid account payment is declined by the medical aid for any reason or a co-payment is required, the person responsible for the account will need to settle the full amount outstanding on the given statement
Cancellation Policy
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are on time for their appointment
- No rescheduling are permitted on the day of an appointment
- Minimum 24 hours notice needs to be given for rescheduling an appointment
- Failure to honor an appointment date and time or failure to give 24 hours notice for rescheduling will result in the session being charged.
